Quality Policy

Home/Quality Policy

Quality, for an export business, isn’t a single inspection — it’s a standard that has to hold across dozens of suppliers, seventeen product categories, and every shipment we send out. Our quality policy exists to keep that standard consistent rather than case-by-case.

Checked at the source

Suppliers are graded before they enter the catalogue, and re-checked on a rolling basis — quality is confirmed before a product reaches the warehouse, not after.

One standard, every category

Spice, grain, sweets, or hardware — the same inspection checklist and documentation trail applies, so a mixed container doesn't mean mixed standards.

Held before it's shipped

Packaging and batch documentation are verified against the buyer's order before dispatch, so what arrives matches what was agreed.

We keep a dedicated internal review of supplier performance and customer feedback, and we adjust sourcing when either one slips. That review is also where new process or packaging improvements get tested before they roll out across a full category.

If a shipment ever falls short of what was agreed, we want to hear about it directly — reach out through the Contact Us page and it goes straight to the team handling that order.
